Experience drafting and reviewing motions or pleadings with attention to detail.
Strong research skills using relevant tools and databases to support case strategy.
Experience with depositions, including outlines, exhibits, and witness coordination.
Excellent written and oral communication, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft motions and other pleadings.
