Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to draft and argue motions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions and support written advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct factual investigation and assist with case strategy.
• Handle appellate assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
