Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a junior associate with 2–4 years of experience in complex litigation across commercial, securities, bankruptcy, or related matters. The role emphasizes taking ownership, strategic thinking, and proactive involvement in case management from discovery through trial.

You will work in a fast-moving environment, handling multiple workstreams, drafting substantive briefs, and contributing to case strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, securities, bankruptcy, or other complex litigation at a leading law firm.
• Excellent writer with meaningful experience drafting memos, briefs, motions, and other substantive advocacy.
• Strong analytical skills and judgment with ability to master complicated factual records.
• Experience managing complex discovery, document productions, and coordinating with litigation teams.
