Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Approximately 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, or related matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys while progressively assuming greater responsibility.
