• Manage cases from inception through resolution: discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep.
• Develop case strategies with firm leadership and clients.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams for efficient case management.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license.
• 3+ years civil litigation experience, focusing on property or auto liability defense.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage caseload independently in a remote setting.
