• Handle cases from inception through resolution: discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep
• Develop and implement case strategies with firm leadership and clients
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams for efficient case management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, focusing on property or auto liability defense
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently in a remote environment
