Litigation Associate Attorney – Property & Auto Liability (Remote, Texas Licensed)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney licensed in Texas to join our dynamic litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, particularly in property and casualty matters. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $155,000 per year and benefits including fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Defend clients in general liability cases, including premises liability, property damage, and auto-related claims.
2. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
3. Develop and implement case strategies collaboratively with firm leadership and clients.
4. Maintain communication with clients and internal teams for efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on property and/or auto liability defense.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
