Orion Placement in Timonium, MD seeks an experienced attorney for a full-time, on-site role focusing on personal injury, workers' compensation, and civil litigation. This position provides mentorship and meaningful courtroom experience to advance your legal career.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Bar admission required; DC Bar admission is a plus.
• 1+ years of litigation experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, civil litigation, or a related practice area.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills.
• Willingness to appear regularly in court and manage litigation matters.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate personal injury and workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, depositions, and proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location

Timonium, MD – Full-Time, On-Site. Join our collaborative team in a welcoming office environment, with opportunities to spend approximately three days per week in court or before the Workers' Compensation Commission.

Note

Candidates must be admitted to the Maryland Bar, have at least 1 year of litigation experience, and be able to commute to our Timonium office within 45 minutes each way. This is a fully on‑site position.
