Job summary

Wilson Elser (Attorney Careers) is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for our Phoenix, AZ office. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases in a collaborative and flexible hybrid environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be admitted to practice in Arizona.

As part of our team, you will manage litigation cases independently, draft legal documents, and provide sound counsel to our clients while collaborating with colleagues across various departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability, medical malpractice, and employment law preferred.
• Experience handling court appearances and depositions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
