Qualifications

• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience; personal injury or landlord-tenant habitability a plus.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel in California Superior Court for trials, settlement conferences, and hearings.
• Manage civil cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings and conducting depositions.
