We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our Litigation team in our Boston office. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Licensure in other New England states also a plus.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
  • Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
  • Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
  • Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
  • Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
