Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with an active Nevada license and no discipline history.
• Experience or willingness to train in consumer collection litigation.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation processes and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to navigate state and federal regulations and advocate for clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across diverse recipients.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own litigation cases and manage all phases of the lifecycle.
• Draft and review briefs, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties for resolutions.
• Travel to courts within the state as needed.
• Maintain client relationships through responsive communication.
• Attend continuing education to stay current on law changes.
