Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Analyze liability, damages, coverage, and overall case exposure.
• Work directly with insurers, insureds, businesses, professionals, and other clients.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials as experience allows.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex and high-exposure matters.
