Location

Phoenix, AZ office (Hybrid position – remote and in‑office days).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day case development including depositions, client interaction, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management and drafting/arguing motions.
• Provide strategic litigation planning support to partners, from trial preparation through execution.
• Accept substantive responsibility from the start in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Arizona Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and high degree of independence and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of current state and federal procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
