Masis Professional Group is recruiting Litigation Associate Attorneys for an established litigation firm in Philadelphia. The role offers a base salary commensurate with experience within a $95,000–$200,000 range, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctor and Pennsylvania Bar, with strong written and oral advocacy skills. Experience level varies, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience is preferred, with opportunities across experience levels.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, or have sat for the Pennsylvania Bar and be awaiting admission.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Appear regularly in court for conferences, oral argument, and other proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and priorities across an active caseload.
• Communicate directly with clients and assume substantive case responsibilities.

Masis Professional Group is recruiting Litigation Associate Attorneys for an established litigation firm in Philadelphia. The firm is open to attorneys across experience levels and offers compensation commensurate with experience. This is an opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for litigation matters while working directly with clients and experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.


• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents.


• Take and defend depositions.


• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.


• Appear regularly in court for conferences, oral argument, and other proceedings.
