Confidential Employer in New York City seeks an experienced attorney to join a highly regarded commercial litigation team handling sophisticated, high-impact business disputes. Represent clients in commercial and business litigation matters and manage breaches of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other complex cases.

The role involves handling all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice—and preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license is required.
• 3+ years of commercial and business litigation experience.
• Courtroom experience is required.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial and business litigation matters.
• Handle breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial litigation cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Develop litigation strategies while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
• Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple active matters.
