Confidential Opportunity in Mississippi is recruiting a Litigation Associate Attorney for a nationally recognized civil litigation and insurance defense practice.

You will manage matters from intake to resolution, draft pleadings, conduct research, and participate in depositions and trials within a collaborative, mentor-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (or pending admission).
• 2–6+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Insurance defense or civil litigation experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
