Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate in the Maryland area to join a growing practice. The role offers immediate hands-on responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes across Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. courts, with direct client exposure from day one.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and active bar admission in MD, VA, or DC (multiple admissions a plus). Competitive compensation provided.
Salary: $120,000 - $225,000 per year

The firm represents businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of practice areas. With approximately 25 attorneys and plans for continued growth, the firm combines the stability and reputation of a longstanding regional institution with the momentum of an expanding litigation practice. The culture is collaborative, team-oriented, and focused on developing attorneys through mentorship and meaningful client engagement.
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with approximately 5–7 years of experience to join its growing Litigation Division. This role offers immediate hands‑on responsibility and direct involvement in sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real property and construction claims, fiduciary and shareholder disputes, and estates and trusts litigation.
This is a highly substantive role with significant courtroom exposure and client interaction from day one. The associate will manage cases through all phases of litigation in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. state and federal courts, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, hearings, ADR proceedings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, experience handling substantive litigation matters, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real property disputes, or estates and trusts litigation is preferred. Active bar admission in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. is required, with multiple admissions considered a plus.
