Fredrikson & Byron is seeking an Associate to join the Business Litigation department in our Des Moines office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of general business litigation experience, including real estate, construction, and commercial litigation, plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to promptly admit in Iowa.
