Job description

Nesenoff & Miltenberg seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of 3 years experience in writing motions, legal research, drafting litigation documents including complaints, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, responses. Experience in defending/conducting depositions a plus. Must be able to manage all aspects of litigation including preparing for trial and drafting appellate briefs.

Candidate must be confident, self-assured, able to multi-task, manage various deadlines, and have the ability to grasp and explain complicated legal issues. This position will present immediate exposure to a wide range of complex legal issues including Title IX, defamation, employment discrimination and commercial matters.
