Biscayne Staffing in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle commercial litigation matters from start to finish, with strong writing and research skills and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and clients.

We value courtroom and deposition experience, a proactive, detail‑oriented approach, and the ability to meet the firm’s 1,800 billable‑hour requirement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience appearing in courtrooms and taking depositions.
• Exceptional legal writing skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
