Litigation Associate - San Jose (5-7 yrs)

Lathrop GPM is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join our San Jose office.

Preferred experience: handling real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, and related general commercial litigation matters.

Qualifications: active California law license in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing skills, excellent client service, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively. A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required. Deposition and court appearance experience are ideal but not mandatory.

Salary range: $155,000 - $265,000. Actual salary will depend on relevant skills, training, experience, and other factors, and may be above or below the range.
