Job summary

Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP is seeking an experienced Associate to join the Litigation Group in California. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of commercial litigation experience and a strong desire to advance trial and litigation skills, with the ability to handle cases as lead attorney.

The firm values collaboration and expects 1,600 billable hours annually with a salary range of $225,000–$275,000, plus a generous bonus package. California licensure is a must.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial litigation experience.
• Real estate litigation experience is a plus.
• Significant experience drafting a wide variety of motions and discovery and handling related hearings.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and client relationship skills are highly valued.
• Good time management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Must be licensed to practice in California.

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join the Litigation Group. The ideal candidate must have 6 -8 years of commercial litigation experience.The candidate must have a strong desire to continue development of trial and litigation skills and ultimately the ability and motivation to handle cases as the lead attorney.
