Job summary

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston L.L.P. is seeking an entry-level to 3rd year associate to join the Business Litigation section in the Firm’s Richmond or Roanoke office. The candidate must be barred in Virginia and possess excellent research and writing skills, with a top academic record.

Prior appellate and/or federal clerkships are encouraged. The firm specializes in corporate litigation, global and regulatory law, serving clients across diverse industries with offices in multiple states.
