You will work directly with partners, handling case management, drafting complex motions, taking depositions, and appearing in court, with a hybrid schedule offering 3 in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Experience with motions practice, depositions, and court appearances.

Job description

LHH is partnering with a Philadelphia boutique litigation firm to identify a Litigation Associate with at least 2+ years of litigation experience. This is an opportunity to join a busy, collaborative practice handling sophisticated, high-value matters.

Associates work directly with all partners and are given significant responsibility. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases, drafting substantive motions and briefs, taking depositions, and making court appearances.
