Job summary

Vernis & Bowling in Pensacola is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Florida and Alabama (active licensure preferred) and ready to handle cases across both states.

You will gain hands-on courtroom exposure, with mentorship and collaborative support from partners to develop real trial skills and autonomy to manage own caseload early in your career.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience required or demonstrated proficiency.
• Florida and Alabama Bar licensure preferred; active licensure in both states is a plus.

Vernis & Bowling’s downtown Pensacola office is growing and seeking a driven Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Active licensure in both the Florida and Alabama State Bars is preferred. We represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial.
