Job summary

Prime Legal Staff Corporation is supporting a well-known Virginia firm in search of a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Toxic Torts Defense practice. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in asbestos or talc.

Furthermore, an active Virginia law license, or an application to obtain it, is essential. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to any protected characteristic.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in asbestos and/or talc.
• Experience in toxic torts defense preferred but not required.
