Job summary

Forge Legal Recruiting is working with a boutique firm in New York City to add a mid-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate. This role offers meaningful responsibility within a growing Litigation Practice Group and a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience, strong motion practice, deposition handling, and a solid command of New York civil procedure. NY Bar admission is required to proceed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery.
• Experience with preparing witnesses and participating in trials, evidentiary hearings, or arbitrations.
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Active New York Bar admission required
