Job summary

Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client, an elite international firm, with a search for a Litigation Associate to join its D.C. or New York office. The associate will handle substantive work on high-stakes, innovative cases for household-name tech and media clients.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant soft IP litigation experience; prior IP experience is not required. We are seeking strong litigators who want to build a niche IP practice while learning from leading trial advocates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of soft IP litigation experience.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.
• Willing to work in DC or NY offices.

The firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of relevant soft IP litigation experience.

The associate will be taking on substantive work on high-stakes, innovative cases for household-name tech and media companies.

This soft IP group (trademark, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition) does not require prior IP experience.

The team is specifically looking for strong litigators first who want to build a practice in the space.

You will be working alongside some of the nation’s most experienced and respected litigators and trial advocates.

Compensation is extremely competitive.
