Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking depositions, and developing litigation strategy, with direct exposure to clients and experienced litigators. Ideal candidates have a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• 3–7 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Strong pleadings, motion practice, and discovery experience.
• E-discovery experience.
• Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
