We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have significant experience managing cases from inception to resolution, a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law, and the ability to strategize and advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Experience in contract disputes and business torts is preferred.

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive base salary: $240,000 - $275,000 per year.
