• Active bar admission in the state corresponding to your target office (or eligibility to waive in).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Lead discovery strategy, including taking and defending key depositions, overseeing e-discovery operations, and managing expert witnesses.
• Draft high-level court filings, dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, oral arguments, pretrial conferences, and trials.
• Engage directly with corporate clients, providing strategic counsel and risk assessment.

• Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, oral arguments, pretrial conferences, and trials.
• Engage directly with corporate clients, providing strategic counsel and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school with outstanding academic credentials.
• 3 to 7 years of dedicated commercial litigation experience in a reputable law firm setting.
• Active bar admission in good standing in the state corresponding to your target office (or eligibility to waive in).
• Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills paired with confident courtroom presence.
