Job summary

NRS Injury Law in Kentucky is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the flow of Workers' Compensation cases from filing through resolution.

You will draft pleadings, attend court appearances and depositions, review discovery, set depositions and court dates, and research issues as needed. This role requires strong listening skills and the ability to travel occasionally to cover other offices and courts.
