Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Litigation Associate in Connecticut to join a well‑rounded firm with hands-on mentorship from a seasoned Managing Partner. You will touch on a broad mix of matters, including insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial and product liability, with offices in Stamford, Hartford or Shelton.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in CT.
• Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required.
• Experience preparing and responding to pleadings, motions to dismiss, discovery, and other trial-related filings.

Responsibilities

• Touch a wide variety of matters including insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, and product liability.
• Assist with legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal advocacy throughout cases.

Open to Stamford, Hartford, or Shelton, Connecticut (CT) location. Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add an Associate to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law!
