Job summary

Reid Collins & Tsai LLP in Austin, TX seeks a Litigation ESI & AI Technology Manager to streamline complex processes, build AI workflows, and improve how the firm manages its docket through discovery and trial.

You will bridge attorneys, paralegals, IT, and external partners, designing scalable systems, training teams, and evolving AI-enabled practices across ESI and document management to drive smarter, faster outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; JD or paralegal certification preferred.
5+ years in e‑discovery, litigation support, or legal technology.
Experience working in a law firm environment, supporting litigators/trial lawyers.
Expertise in managing ESI discovery in complex commercial cases.
Expertise applying legal AI platforms (e.g., Harvey AI).

Responsibilities

Work with case teams to determine document hosting selection for new matters, including vendor discussions and production needs.
Manage document databases, metadata issues, saved searches, and external production preparation.
Standardize data ingestion and storage processes with IT to ensure reliable access and backups.
Determine processes for archiving ESI from old cases and monitor vendor costs for cost-efficiency.
Train attorneys and paralegals on new processes and e‑discovery best practices.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to maximize Harvey AI utilization and develop AI workflows.
