Job summary

Vettedlance seeks a Lead quality professional to oversee Lithuanian AI training data quality. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit.

You will track recurring issues, escalate critical ones, and maintain style guides, FAQs and calibration sets. Remote, part-time contract in Lithuania with weekly USD payments.

Qualifications

• Native-level Lithuanian with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
