Job summary

TSMC Washington in Camas, Washington, is hiring a module equipment engineer for the lithography equipment engineering team. You will learn tool design to improve availability, maintain equipment stability, and drive improvements through structured problem-solving.

The role requires collaborating with technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and supporting installations or moves of equipment in a 24x7 fab environment. Candidates should be prepared for on-call and weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the equipment.
• Host/attend routine meetings with head quarter for KPI/Technical skill sharing.
• Work closely with technician teams including tool troubleshooting, training, and routine PM.
• Plan and perform preventative maintenance of equipment with technician teams.

Responsibilities
