The Lithographic Press Operator is an essential member of the team, responsible for the manufacturing of printed labels while continuously monitoring label quality and press conditions.

• Compensation: Up to $40/HR *based on Litho Press experience; includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus if you need to move to the area for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Komori 6 Color sheetfed presses safely and efficiently.
• Complete makeready, adjust press components, and perform routine maintenance.
• Wash blankets and clean ink rollers and fountains.
• Make color or register corrections to meet quality standards.
• Read and follow job specifications for press setup.
• Instruct and guide junior press assistants.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience setting up and running sheet fed presses.
• Ability to work in a team, read measurements, and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
