Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate lithium-ion battery cell production machines in a fast-paced, clean-room environment. You will manage machine start-up, monitor quality, document shift logs, and coordinate with maintenance and peers to ensure safe, high-quality output.

The role supports day and night shifts in a hands-on manufacturing setting with strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards. Training and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MUST: High School Diploma, GED or 2 years manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Must have working-level English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Operate lithium-ion battery cell production machines (inspection and conveyance).
• Start-up machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain shift logs and QC records.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and 6S housekeeping.
• Communicate with Maintenance Technicians and teammates on quality issues.
