Job summary

Sunlight Batteries USA Inc. is seeking team members to support the safe, efficient production of lithium-ion battery modules and systems. You will follow work instructions, operate assembly and testing equipment, and help ensure quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Monday–Friday shift, with overtime and potential weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing, production, assembly, or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate assembly, production, and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of LOTO and safe work practices.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lithium-ion battery components and systems per work instructions and procedures.
• Operate production equipment to meet goals and ensure safety and quality.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks during manufacturing.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain production documentation and participate in continuous improvement.
