DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA (virtual) seeks a highly specialized Logistics Compliance & Dangerous Goods Manager to oversee the safe handling, storage, and global distribution of lithium batteries. This role ensures warehouse operations and outbound shipments comply with domestic and international regulations.

The candidate will be the SME for lithium battery shipping rules (UN3480/3481/3090/3091), manage DG documentation, and lead training for warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in logistics with DG focus.
• Experience with lithium battery handling and regulations.
• IATA DGR, IMDG, and DOT/Hazmat knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and dangerous goods documentation.
• Manage multi-modal transport (air, ocean, road) per DG rules.
• Design and maintain warehouse safety zones for lithium batteries.
• Develop and deliver DG awareness training.
