Job summary

Carnegie Learning, Inc. seeks a Manager of School Partnerships (ELA). You will deliver professional learning workshops and in-school coaching to K-12 educators, promoting fidelity of Literacy/ELA products and improving teacher effectiveness.

The role reports to the Director of Professional Learning and collaborates with Support, Success, Tutoring, Sales, and Account Management teams. You will travel regionally (60–70%), build deep partnerships, design custom learning, and drive data-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education is required; Master’s preferred for deeper instructional leadership.
• 5+ years of Literacy/ELA classroom teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring/coaching others and delivering professional learning workshops.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Reading, PA or travel 60–70% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional learning workshops and coaching.
• Build partnerships with teachers and school leaders to implement Literacy/ELA solutions.
• Support sales through pre/post-sales activities and pilot opportunities.
• Forecast service deliverables and developCurriculum/resources as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to influence product development and marketing.
