Job summary

MSD of Pike Township seeks an Literacy Cadre Coach to strengthen K–8 Tier 1 literacy instruction through data-driven instructional coaching. You will partner with building principals and district leaders to deliver evidence-based literacy coaching aligned with the Science of Reading.

You will model best practices, utilize student data for planning, and develop coaching cycles while maintaining essential documentation for IDOE reporting. A strong background in literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education is required.
• Valid Indiana Teaching License is required.
• Experience and/or advanced coursework in literacy, math, and/or English for multilingual learners preferred.
• Experience with compliance requirements and documentation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen K–8 literacy instruction through data-driven instructional coaching.
• Collaborate with building principals and district leaders to align coaching with academic goals.
• Maintain required documentation, data submissions, and reporting as directed by IDOE.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and pursue endorsements as directed by IDOE and district leadership.
