The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Litchfield Park, AZ, invites an energetic Cook to join our culinary team. You will work across grill, sauté, and fry stations, preparing ingredients and contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are 21+, able to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and obtain a food handler’s certification; we emphasize independence, organization, and a proactive, team-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures across grill, sauté and fry stations.
• Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking and maintain quality.
• Maintain consistent food preparation and minimize waste.
• Work with a world-class culinary team to execute menus.
• Keep workstations stocked with ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitation of food and items.
• Support culinary leadership in menu execution and production.
