Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and selling timelines
• Manage client relationships from listing appointment through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows
• Convert seller appointments into signed listing agreements
• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers
• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing
• Work with clients to stage and market homes to draw in buyers
• Conduct market analysis to determine listing price
