Qualifications

• Valid real estate license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, accountable and able to manage time effectively.
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
• Preferably available full-time.

Responsibilities

• Host two open houses each month.
• Obtain Listing Certification.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation into scheduled appointments.
• Join weekly script practice sessions per team guidelines.
• Engage in team activities following team standards.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
