Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a Listed Clearing Specialist with hands-on experience across equity clearing, settlements, and back-office operations. You will support settlements, cash management, and client service for listed products, while managing DTC cash equity settlements, stock borrow/loan, and OCC options clearing.

Responsibility includes monitoring the full lifecycle, reconciling, processing dividends, and handling option expirations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services or back-office operations.
• Strong knowledge of DTC clearing.
• Experience with equity settlements, reconciliations, and full trade lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of OCC/options clearing preferred.
• Stock loan experience is a plus.
• Ability to oversee outsourced operational teams.

• Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions and settlement failures.
• Oversee and monitor work performed by outsourced/offsite operations teams.
• Work closely with clearing houses, custodians, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Support clearinghouse margin requirements, reporting, audits, and regulatory requests.
