STATE LIQUOR STORE CLERK

We are seeking a Stocker for our Liquor Section responsible for daily operations. Key duties include greeting customers, operating electronic registers, scanning and ringing purchases, handling cash and non-cash transactions, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory control, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the sales floor. Secondary duties involve consumer education and suggestive selling.

• Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Previous Work Experience: Alcohol sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50 lbs; occasional lifting to 80 lbs.

Other qualities include customer service orientation, good communication skills, ability to work independently, organizational skills, reliability, and dependability.
