Job summary

Coborn's in Sartell, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily liquor store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the Liquor Store Director in executing store plans and supervising staff, while ensuring accurate inventory, pricing, receiving, and replenishment processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, team leadership, and driving store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21 or older where required
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of liquor store operations.
• Assist the Liquor Store Director in carrying out store plans and activities.
• Perform ongoing store operations including bookkeeping, running a cash register, loading/unloading trucks, transporting merchandise, stocking shelves, receiving, pricing products, ordering products, and conducting inventory audits.
• Direct staff by assigning workload, coaching, training, conducting performance evaluations and supervision.
