Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• TIPS Training required prior to position start date.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and proficiently follow instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.
• Basic computer skills required to participate in online training.

• Ability to work in face-paced and busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliance (50%): Verify age and monitor, denying sale of alcohol or tobacco to underage or intoxicated customers.
• Customer Excellence (25%): Greet, assist, and thank customers; offer product suggestions.
• Operational Excellence (25%): Stock and rotate products; restock efficiently to minimize waste; operate cashiering equipment; keep area clean and safe.
